It would be the same as taking away system volume and forcing us to adjust volume during playback only, completely overriding our volume buttons. They aren't solid, they remind me of the static-like pixels in the old TV's you could see when getting close. There is no brightness slider on the iPhone. On top of that we can't even use the basic system brightness slider, we have to pause during playback to find the netflix slider bar. The screen will not only darken, but also a thin red line will appear on the left of my screen right on the border, and a blue one on the right. Is this an issue because I have subtitles on? I watch a lot of anime so I need them then, and there are times where I stream with someone and because we're on a call it can be hard to hear so subtitles help. was watching 'Marcopolo' from in TV apps, when i noticed dark scenes turned brighter every single time theres English subtitles shown on screen. I'm using Netflix on my HP Pavillion x360 laptop which runs Windows 10, and I didn't have this issue at first, but now when I watch anything on Netflix, the screen goes darker and develops a blue hue until a subtitle appears on the screen and then the video is the correct and vibrant color it's supposed to be. upgraded my netflix subscription to Premium for HDR viewing. Here simply click on one of the options, then use the tools to adjust your settings accordingly. ![]()
